We scheduled Amber & Matt’s engagement session during Easter weekend since they would be in town visiting Amber’s family. We opted for a mix of classic Kansas City and romantic spring florals for their backdrops. The two best places in the city for these scenes? Natalie & Justin are, quite simply, the greatest. They are supportive, patient, and genuinely kind to each other. Every minute of our time together during their engagement session was pure joy, laughter, and just plain fun!Read More
These two lovebirds have some of the most solid, I-get-you-and-you-get-me kind of love that there is. Together they perfectly complement each other and bring out the best themselves. What more could you ask for in your life partner?Read More
Last Sunday, I had the pleasure of capturing the love and excitement shared by one cute couple: Bree & Jake. These two are 100% meant for each other. How do they know? When you find love in a hopeless place (i.e., an insurance company) you know your love will stand the test of all time :)

Meet Kathleen and Matt, one tremendously wonderful couple! These two are beautiful inside and out (if you can't tell from their glowing smiles and effortless chemistry on camera).
Kathleen and Matt met at KU when they were both studying architecture. Matt jokes that Kathleen was the smarter of the two because she switched focuses to teaching.
What struck me about this couple when we first met was how well they worked together. Our first encounter was over drinks for a couple of hours, but I could tell right from the beginning that they are a true team from the way they worked out their plan to have a portion of their engagement session on the KU campus, where it all began :)Read More
